retail orders:

Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the order and payment via credit card. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested and insured. Sales tax will be applied to all California residents.

returns:

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. If you would like to make a return please email us at: jd@jdekoeyer.com for address and confirmation. Returns after the 10 day period are eligible for store credit only. Keep in mind all returns must be well packed and insured. DeKoeyer Designs is not responsible for return items that are lost or broken in the mail.
